cost of goods manufacture take all the expense upto the production of the goods. it does not include the expense which related to admin office or marketing expenses.

so the correct optin is 1) insurance on office building. this is not included in the cost of the goods manufacture. This is the cost forming part of selling, general and adming expesnses.

depreceiation and direct labour is related with production of the goods and form part of cost of goods manufacure.
