Credibility ensures trust that work is performed with excellence and ensures care, high ethical, corporate, personal values and efficient delivery on promises. Establishing Credibility is very important for business relationships. Trust is a tangible and actionable asset. It ensures leadership. Credibility importance is universal. Credibility ensures easy and influencial communication, reduced resistance, increased willingness to work together and lessens miscommunication.  The two important principles for ensuring credibility are 'Sincerity and Gaining knowledge'.

Accounting and Finance are vast ocean of work and understanding. Therefore, if one ensures both the principles( Sincerity and Gaining knowledge), credibility can be ensured easily. Regarding 'Sincerity', Company should praise achievements and should let the team enjoy accomplishments, but should not do excess praise and recognition. Motivation will be given to workforce to be sincere. Stakeholders will surely appreciate this move. And regarding 'Knowledge', a balance should be established in pursuit of knowledge and skills necessary for leading. Training and different uplifting sessions will be done for ensuring this.
