Do you agree with the criteria for passing the physical fitness test for admission to the FBI Academy?

Any person wishing to be FBI Agent need to undergo mandatory training and pass certain tests in academics, physical fitness, operational aspects and firearms training.

As a part of Physical test, he need to achieve minimu of the following:

Cumulative Score of 12 points with at least one point in each of four areas

a. sit-ups in one minute

b. timed 300-meter sprint

c push-ups (untimed) and

d. timed 1.5-mile run.

Opinion: The above tests examine the overall fitness of the person appearing for the test. His strenght, speed, accuracy, power, capacity, agility and all other physical qualities are tested and confirmed through these tests. Hence, the above tests are sufficient enough to check the physical fitness of any person. Therefor, we agree with the above criteria for passing the physical fitness test for admission to the FBI Academy
