Value Added Tax (VAT) : VAT is a kind a tax levied on Goods ans services when these commodities are services are finally sold to consumer. This is a simple method of tax levied on every value addittion of goods or services. This method will remove the impact of cascading effect also becaue in this method the every time tax is levied only on the value addittion only.

So implementation of VAT on the citizen is good becasue it reduces the overall price of the commondities becasue it removes the cascading effect of tax and simple to calculate and pay to the government.
