1) Negative assosciation: most women may not be comfortable shopping openly for lingerie. This is the biggest disadvantage of the stores.

2) Poor penetration in tier 2 cities: This stores are mainly concentrated in tier 1 cities only.

3) Competition from online players: The owning and maintenance of physical stores involves more cost than online stores where there involves less fixed expenses and maintenance cost.
