Job costing system is implemented with the all basic fundamentals of this system. It has implemented by the costing expert through understand the whole business model of the the concern company.

Once it has implemented than the company needs to just getting update it by the third party system developer and then any one who have basic knowledge of costing or accounting can do the data feeding in this system.

At the otjer hand if company uses spread sheet instead of a particular job costing system then everytime when employee change management needs to upadte the new employee with the all expert data regarding job costing or have to hire a cost expert.
