It is a matter of worry for a Big laden companies like Apple and IBM as they have not followed the code of ethics. Bribery in business ethics includes : 1.Selection of weak design or bad performance material vendor to get any sort of kickbacks.2. Takinggifts for the sake of profiting the vendor. 3.Havinga personal biased for a particular vendor/customer,whether he is technologically right or wrong.4.Getting in personal relationships/emotional relationships to help or to get help for profiting each other.
