*potential privacy and security problems will present. Because electrical records are nowadays very prone to hacking , so it will affect patient data security.

* It may resulting in inaccurate information, that is continuosly patients visiting on hospital so these data are continuos to upload in it , if it delay it will affect the patient treatment protocoal.
