Ans. Sarah and rosie income is pound 30,789. Sarah and michelle income is pound 40,180. Sarah's individual income is pound 14,500. So, based on above incomes we can say that sarah's living standard with michelle would be far better than livinng with rosie. Reason behind this is the fact that there is more disposable income for spending and saving available to sarah & the other fact is that there is stability in income i.e., they are having pound 2,140 every month. Where as with rosie, sarah is having income in two lumpsum payment only. Based on above discussion we can say that sarah and michelle will have better living standard together. Sarah should prefer living with michelle for better living standard.
