Statement of Financial Position provides the details of resources and obligation on a particular date. It shows the financial heath of the company but not the monetary health.
Statement of Cash Flows are prepared to check and ascertain the movement among those resources and obligation. If something is missed out in analyzing Statement of Financial Position it will be noticed in Statement of Cash Flows.
