I will share something with you. I hope it helps you and your understanding.

"Ramesh used to talk about what he called non volitional living. Simply put, non volitional living means to act without a claim of authorship for your actions. He was fond of pointing out that to live non volitionally means to live harmoniously with What Is, but he was quick to add that to volitionally decide to live non-volitionally was not likely to yield the desired result.

Non volitional living is the recognition of the true state of things. It is to see that getting angry is a result of the same forces as the changing of the seasons or the transformation of a bud into a flower. It is seeing that what we are is the same as what everything else is. It is the recognition that all is an inseparable Whole.

Totally simple. Totally obvious...once you glimpse. Then you are changed forever."
