This might seem like a totally daft question but my partner and I were discussing this the other day, how come when a baby is head down inside the womb does the blood not rush to its head ? lf an adult was to do a headstand its common knowledge that their blood rushes to their head and can be dangerous if done for too long, I know there must be a common sense explanation on why babies dont but im curious as to peoples explanations and views on the matter..... thanks in advance all and i hope ive got your brains ticking x x

Well.. I think this..
If you are in a swimming pool, upside down, do you get head-rush?
I don't know but I'd guess not.. Hehe
The same principle in this.
In the womb it's surrounded in a liquid, so I'm guessing that doesn't give it head-rush.
