Units is inconsistent with the bill of lading declaration I started out with a vote, because the chair is stacked, I press the actual declaration, the unit was STACK, but because there is booking brokers, freight forwarders bill of lading confirmed directly with the other side, the results look to the original bill of lading when the unit is CARTON, this will affect the tax rebate

No, the bill of lading is calculated only from the transport point of view the number of transport packaging, and customs clearance of goods from the actual number / number of starting units, mainly used to calculate the amount of the two different perspectives, no need to pursue the same.
