I am 5' 9" 150lbs. I am going to buy a lib tech t rice. I would usually go with the 157 but heard this board is crazy stiff. They make a 153 I am thinking about going down to that size? Lib Tech also makes these boards with a blunt tip and tail. I have heard this makes these boards feel a little longer than they are listed. Help with any of this would be great. Side Note... I am an all mountain rider usually dealing with hard pack and a few good powder days.

A 157 T.Rice will be a beastly of a board for you at only 150lbs. If you are purely into freeriding with lots of pow, then 157 is going to be sweet.
However, you mentioned that your pow days are few and you deal with mostly hardpack. I would go with the 153 for sure. Blunted tips mean that the boards are clipped on the tips. If they weren't clipped, then the measurement would be longer. So the 153's effective edge would be comparable to similar boards in a 156.
