Should I take MMA classes or boxing classes?

I understand that it is my choice but I want people's opinions =)
I am planing on taking one of the two classes this summer but I don't know which one to choose. I have always loved fighting, ever since I was a child.(I'm not a violent person tho lol, I fight for fun and try to avoid starting fights)
Which sport would actually help me defend myself in a real fight?
Which sport gives you a better sculpted body?
Which sport do you think is funner?
Which sport is more challenging?

1) Either one would help, MMA would also teach you ground fighting though.
2) Either one would do, as long as you eat properly, drink lots of water, and sleep at least 8 hours a day.
3) That would be up to you.
4) Both are VERY challenging, again that's up to you.
