If you have a full motorcycle licence can you drive a car with a full car licence holder at your side?

UK...if you mean a full car licence holder supervising you then YES[with L plates]...a full bike licence is still a provisional car licence till you pass your car test.....
....there isn't such a thing as a motorcycle only licence...when you apply for your provisional bike licence[say at 17],you are actually applying for a provisional CAR licence but WITH motorcycle entitlement....when you pass your bike test you return your licence and it comes back with full motorcycle entitlement but its still a provisional car licence...if you see what i mean...
