My current state of being unemployed, would have to end if I won the lottery.
I'd set up an office where I could help unemployed people searching for jobs, by talking to them with respect, and give them the time they need to be encouraged, not bullied.
I'd create individual CV's for each person.
I'd arrange group dicussions where problems encountered could be addressed.
I'd love to do this.

Oh.. I am a fool, I can't afford to so I do not do the lottery.
