So here's the deal:

The right brake light on my 2006 Civic EX Coupe doesn't work at all, but I checked the bulb and it looks to be good. The right blinker works, but I don't know if they are the same bulb or not

The center brake light that's above the trunk inside the car works when I first start my car and drive it for the first 5 minutes, but then it suddenly stops working and won't work again until I let the car sit for a while.

I think it is a fuse or relay problem but I'm not sure. Can you shed some light on what my problem is and how to fx it?
