Ireland, you'll enjoy Galway I live here and studied here in college. It has a very young population due to the university and the IT in the city. It is an amazing mix of Irish culture with alot of different cultures, Spanish, French, Polish, etc.

Its a small city very easy to navigate on foot, roads are congested though not as bad as Dublin. It has easy access to the amazing beauty of Conamara and Clare.
