First thing that I would do is take that day off of work and have my lawyer and accountant meet me at my lawyers office and go over everything. After that meeting with them i would take a few days off of work and weigh all of my options carefully because making snap decisions with money can get you in trouble. I already have a 5yr and 10yr financial goal in place which will make the financial aspect of winning money a little easier. If it was feasable I would pay off all of my parents bills, give money to my brothers, set up a trust for my son, donate to a few charities, pay off and remodel my house and then go part time at work. Keep in mind I said that is what I would do only if it was feasible because i don't want to be one of those lottery winners that end up going bankrupt in 5 years.
