Does riding your bicycle help you lose weight? If so how many min should I ride everyday?

Absolutely!

Not only will it help you lose weight but it will also improve your cardiovascular and general fitness.

People suggest exercising for 30 minutes a day and this is a good starting point, however once you start riding 30 minutes wont seem very long and before you know it you will be riding for an hour +.

Remeber, you only get out of it what you put into it!
