Do you prefer top normal or low normal derailleurs?

I just got a new rear derailleur and noticed it was different. After doing more research, I learned about the differences of top normal vs low normal derailleurs. I can't seem to find an advantage. I can still shift just fine. Each instance is smooth. The only things I have noticed are the differences from going from an old, battered, low quality derailleur to a new higher quality derailleur, but that is irrelevant to top normal vs low normal.

What do you guys think of top normal vs low normal?

Does both SRAM and Shimano offer low normal?

I can't speak from personal experience as all my bikes are high-normal. However, according to Shimano...

The industry standard for derailleur design and gravity racers, Top-Normal rear derailleurs offer crisp, clean, derailleur-controlled shifts to harder gears, allowing excellent shifting under heavy load and acceleration – particularly with RapidFire or RapidFire Plus shifters.

Low-Normal rear derailleurs offer maximum drivetrain durability and beautifully controlled shifts to lower gears – a clear advantage for XC racers and riders who do a large amount of riding and need maximum reliability. In combination with Dual Control levers, a low-normal rear derailleur enables downshifts from multiple hand positions ensuring that you never get stuck in the wrong gear at the bottom of that steep unexpected climb.
