Given that there is a strong correlation between the use of the online bill paying feature and gender. Thus we can say that while modeling the online bill paying feature as a response variable, we'll get gender as a significant explanatory variable for the model.

One more use of it can be seen as while modeling a response variable with these two variables as explanatory variables. Then we can have a problem Multicollinearity in the model.

If the two variables are highly correlated then we can find a model between the two m=variables with a high R-squared value.
