As these populations are independent of each other at the 0.05 significance level:

a) Test the claim that each method of learning takes a person the same amount of time to learn the basics of a new language (μ1=μ2). Use the critical value method.

b) Construct a 95% confidence interval for the difference μ1-μ2.

c) Do the confidence interval and the hypothesis test reveal the same results?
