It is generally believed that only 7% of the population has type O-negative blood (the universal donor). A blood bank is expecting 1000 donors at its upcoming drive. Use the empirical rule (68%-95%-99.7% Rule) to determine what proportion of O-negative donors you might expect to see in the 1000 donors (I'm not looking for the number of O-negative donors, just the proportion). Assume conditions are met!  No need to draw the model, though if you find it easier to do so you may draw it by hand and attach a picture of your model using the picture button.
