Match the term to its definition. Cluster, Population and Stratum

Homework Answers

Answer #1

We know that population is the entire data set and it is represent one or two complete categories.

So, population will match with    A significant subset of the population

We know that in cluster sampling, we divide the population into sub parts or sub-population, which are large enough to complete the random sampling process. So, cluster will match with  A group of units ( persons, objects, or other items) enumerated in a census or from which a sample is drawn

Now, we only have one -one option on each side, so stratum will match with  A category composed of people with certain similarities, such as gender, race, religion, or even grade level
