I’m looking for 2 statiscal findings from the Zurmely article about relationships between educational preparation, critical thinking and autonomy, including the p-value

Homework Answers

Answer #1

First statistical finding is that community nurses are most satisfied, followed by management, home health and medical-surgical. Also r = .538 p<0.05. Yes, this is significant because there is a positive correlation between job satisfaction and perceived autonomy.

Other one is, p-value between critical thinking and job satisfaction among the different groups of nurses is less than the alpha, so we reject the null hypothesis. The Pearson’s r is -0.572 so there is a strong negative relationship between the two variables. As the job satisfaction among management increases critical thinking decreases.
