Answer #1

a) An even number.

even no = 2, 4 ,6 , 8 ,10.....36 =18

P(even) = 18/36 = 1/2 = 0.5
b) A prime number.

2,3,5,7,11,13,17,19,21, 23,29,31

total no numbers are there

P(prime) = 12/36 = 1/3 = 0.33

c) A multiple of 5.

multiple of 5 are 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35=7numbers

=7/36 = 0.1944

d) A number ending in 2.

2,12,22,32 = 4 numbers are there

= 4/36 =1/9 = 0.1111
e) A number is divisible by 6.

6, 12, 18, 24, 30, 36 = 6 no.

= 6/36 = 1/6 = 0.1667
