Topic is the the variation of parking tickets and see if the number of parking tickets the individuals has gotten in their lifetime correlates with age.

1. Your population must have a population size of at least 100, but a larger population will be better. (For example: U.S. population that committed criminal offenses)
2. Clearly state how you will obtain your sample and identify your sample size. Your sample size should be at least 30.
3. Clearly identify the independent and dependent variables.

method of obtaining sample : surveying people in a 10 neighbourhoods

(sample size will be greater than 3)

variables : age , no. of parking tickets

independent variable : age {as age is not dependent on any thing}

dependent variable : no. of parking tickets {dependent on age as we are finding correlation between no. of parking tickets and age}
