If R^2 = 1, There is a relation between dependent and independent variables
or 100% Variation in Y variable is explained by variation in X variable
If R^2 = 0, There is no relation between dependent and independent variables
or 0% Variation in Y variable is explained by variation in X variable
Same as results of F test (P value) in regression output gives the relation between dependent and independent variables
and also r value gives the relaibilty of the test
If i t is nearer to 1, excelent (strength)
If i t is nearer to 0, week (strength)
r value is either positive or negative (direction)
