If my results are statistically significant I can conclude that my data proves my alternate hypothesis and conclusions are 100% correct.

We are never sure that the conclusions are 100% correct while performing statistical tests. Also, we never say that if results are statistically significant, we conclude that the data proves the alternate hypothesis. We say that we reject the null in favor of the alternative hypothesis. We cannot say that statistical significance proves the alternative, or we are 100% sure about the test results.
