Testing for a(n) _____ with ANOVA allows us to determine whether the results of a treatment vary depending on the groups or conditions in which it is applied.

Answer-  interaction

Answer #1

Testing for an interaction with ANOVA allows us to determine whether the results of a treatment vary depending on the groups or conditions in which it is applied.

ANOVA is used when we check for the impact of one or more factors depending on means of different samples.

What we do is we take a null hypothesis claiming that there is a interaction between the factors or there is a significant differences between the groups' mean. To check for this claim , we do different testing and conclude our result.

Hence testing for an *interaction* with ANOVA allows us to determine whether the treatment varies .
