At that time Vancouver Washington was considered the median sized US city. Vancouver had a population of 165,489, aggregate retail sales of $2,187,493,420 and an aggregate disposable income of $4,656,694,971. Using the formula given in class determine the BPI for Indianapolis and Vancouver. Which city on a per capita basis would be a better place for luxuries Indianapolis or Vancouver (explain your answer).
