(b) It is appropriate because here the valriable: "Did you have breakfast this morning" is categorical data. So, it is displayed as Bar chart. The vertical direction will measure the number of individuals who said " Yes" and "No" respectively. The horizontal axis will not have any scale. There will be 2 bars: One for "Yes" answer and the other for "No" answer.
