Hello Sir/Mam

5 cards are removed and 4 of them are HEARTS-5, DIAMOND-3, CLUB-4, SPADES-6.

On withdrawing of the fifth card, the following probabilities can be established:

(a) Full House : 0

Full house is established if the hand contains 3 cards of one rank and 2 of another. As it is not possible in any way given the above cards. hence its probability is 0.

(b) Flush : 0

Flush is established if the hand contains 5 cards of same suit. As it is not possible in any way given the above cards. hence its probability is 0.

(c) Straight : 16.67%

A straight is established if the hand contains 5 cards of sequential rank. We alreay have 3,4,5 and 6. We can get a straight by getting a 2 or a 7.

Hence,

I hope this solves your doubt.

Do give a thumbs up if you find this helpful.
