q = 1 - p =1 - 0.86 = 0.14

n = 15

Using binomial distribution,

= n * p = 15 * 0.86 =12.9

= n * p * q = 15 *0.86 *0.14 =1.3439

P(x >11 ) = 1 - P(x < 11.5)

= P((x - ) / < (11.5- 12.9) / 1.3439)

= P(z < -1.0417)
