Answer to the question is as follows:
I work in a hospital and one of the things I was facing to answer is : Whether the ambulance reached the patient in time?
So, I designed the following hypothesis :
Null hypothesis, Ho: The ambulance reaches the patient within 10 mins
Alternate hypothesis: Ha: The ambulance doesn't reach the patient in 10 mins
Type I error is the rejection of a true null hypothesis: So, cases where I say ambulance arrived later than 10 minutes but actually didn't would be cases of Type 1 error.
