study was performed with a random sample of 513 bolts produced at one factory. What population would be appropriate for generalizing conclusions from the study, assuming the data collection methods used did not introduce biases?
It is given that study was performed with a sample of 513 bolts ,which are produced at one factory.then for generalizing conclusions when there is no biasedness due to collection methods .....
The conclusion would apply to all bolts produced by that factory.
Because bolts produced by same factory will follow result obtaining by analysis of sample in which samples are drawn from bolts in same factory. Hence the result obtained or conclusion would apply to all bolts in same factory ,because in one factory there is same environment for experiment and production of bolts, and in other factory environment of production can be different from first company .due to this biasedness conclusions from study may not be apply for other company's bolts.
