Construct :

A construct is a abstract something like a skill, level of emotion, ability or proficiency that occurs in brain. Example - Education program increases emotional maturity in school age children.

Measurement :

Construct has nothing to do with the way a testing is designed or constructed[validity]. Some attributes or constructs can be measured directly.  we do more indirect ways to measure constructs, so we develop a number of items to assess the construct. For example in direct measurement, height/weight/blood pressure can be tested by doctor visits. For example in Indirect measurement,aggression/happiness/sadness/intelligence/love/life statisfication can't be measured, so we do construct validity by sum of measurement to the no. of times.
