In a repeated measures ANOVA, what’s the difference between Stage 1 and Stage 2 analyses? Which ANOVA, independent measures or repeated measures, is less likely to have individual differences and why?
difference between Stage 1 and Stage 2 analyses
Stage 1:
Here we check the hypothesis whether all means are equal or atleast one mean is different
Stage 2:
If we reject the hypothesis which means there is significant difference the means then we do Tukey;s test ir Fischer test to analyse which means are in actual different
repeated measures is likely to have diffrences because you have minimise the variance or bias .
