The author of this instrument suggests an "average" score to be around 78. If you scored over I 00, you seem to be accepting the "new" workplace fairly well. lf your score was below 70, you're likely to find the manager's job in the 21st century to be unpleasant if not overwhelming.

1 How Well do I Respond to Turbulent Change? After you take it write an reflection paper about the results.

2. Discuss if the results you obtained were what you expected. If so discuss in what way do they agree with your expectations or if not discuss in what way you disagree.

3. Be sure to add the results of the assessment as an addendum to your paper. The paper should be a minimum of three pages in the body which does not include the cover page and the reference page.
