Answer #1

We know that the weakest linear relationship is denoted by a correlation coefficient which is equal to zero. We know that the value of a correlation coefficient ranges from -1 to 1. As the value of the correlation coefficient ranges from -1 to 1, thus if the value of the correlation coefficient is nearly equal to -1 or 1 then it is known as the strongest correlation. And if the value becomes approximately equal to zero, then it becomes weakest correlation. The weakest linear relationship is indicated by a correlation coefficient equal to zero. Thus, the value of the correlation which is approximately equal to 0 is the weakest correlation.

Among the given four options we can see that -0.03 is the closest to zero among the four options.

Thus, -0.03 is the weakest correlation.
