how do I prepare a frequency distribution table for this question. according to the real estate data in Blackboard of home sold in Phoenix, Arizona last year, what is the typical number average of bedrooms and the ( minimum) and maximum number of bedrooms offered on the market?

Frequency distribution is a systematic presentation of the data.

A frequency distribution has a column containing variable and another column containing frequencies.

In the scenario given here, variable is " number of bed rooms" and the frequency is the "number of homes sold"

An example is given below

From the above frequency distribution we can find the average number of bed rooms can be found out using the formula

Average = where x= the number of bed rooms and f= number of homes sold

The maximum number of bed rooms is 6 and minimum number of bed rooms is 1 in the above example.
