Given that,

a) The midrange  =27+5/2 = 16

b )The mean of sample is   

x/n =  (5+ 19+ 21+ 15+ 27+ 11 / 6)

= 16.33

The sample mean is 16.33

Sample standard deviation is s

s = 1/(n-1)(x - )2

=  1/5 (5 - 16.33 )2+ (19 - 16.33 )2+ (21 - 16.33 )2+ (15- 16.33)2 +( 27 - 16.33)2+( 11 - 16.33)

= 60.266666666667

= 7.76

The sample standard deviation is 7.76
