Weight and eating habits are two variable which are related directly. Eating more lead to obesity and less lead to malnutrition. But also there is third variable plays a significant role which is known as METABOLISM here. Many times we have seen a situation where people eat more has more nice physic as compared to who eat less. We can also consider exercise as a third variable who plays a very significant role in above mentioned situation. This third variable is known as Confounding variable.
