Here the random variable X is contain of mercury in the fish.

Here we have given population mean = 1.0

Hence Population parameter is    = 1.0

In this problem we have asked to find weather data provide enough evidence to show that the fish in Florida lakes has more mercury than the allowable amount. That is   > 1.0
