So here level of significance must be 0.1 . Because 0.095 is less than 0.1

So the level of significance of the test is 0.1

Which is same as the confidence level of 90%

So the result is statistically significant at 90% confidence level.

Statistically significant means the two variables that we are testing are not equal. Here the test is statistically significant means our claim is supported by tha data. Which is the financial assistance received in ASAP program is higher than the financial assistance in the control group.
