we know that the probability of an event can vary from 0 to 1.

Minimum probability is 0, i.e. probability of an event can be minimum 0 and maximum probability is 1, i.e. the probability of an event can be maximum 1

Given scenario is that "if the probability of attending a certain height is 1, then the probability of getting slightly above that certain hight would be slightly above 1"

it is definitely false because the maximum probability can only be 1, but not above 1

So, if we try to find the probability of getting slightly above that certain height, then the probability would not be slightly above 1 because increasing height by slight difference does not mean that the probability will also increase by slight difference.

So, it is false
