We know that:

Type 1 error occurs when we reject a true null hypothesis.

Hence, as h0 is rejected, we have to find the greatest chance of having type 1 error, i.e. the null hypothesis is true.

Level of significance means the probability of rejecting null, when it is true.

Hence, the greater the level of significance, greater are the chances of rejecting a true null hypothesis.

Hence, greatest chance of Type 1 error is when level of significance is 0.25
