A dealer sells leagues in packages of 100 and guarantees that only 10% are defective. A consumer reviews each package he buys, extracting 10 leagues without replacement. If none of the 10 is defective, please accept the package; otherwise it rejects it. Find the probability that it will reject a packet.

Total samples selected are 10

Probability of non rejecting will be equal to probability of selecting 10 samples with no defective.
